Chapter 1 – General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the use of services provided by Fresh Hong Doctor Plastic Surgery Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the "Clinic"), in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms shall become effective upon being published for users.
The Clinic may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in circumstances or significant business reasons. Any amended Terms shall become effective in the same manner as stated above.
Article 3 (Applicable Laws)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 – Membership Registration and Use of Services
Article 1 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
The service agreement is established when the Clinic accepts a user's application and the user agrees to these Terms.
Individuals wishing to register as members and use the services must provide the personal information requested by the Clinic.
Upon acceptance of the application, the Clinic shall notify the user of the following:
User ID
Service commencement date
Any other information deemed necessary by the Clinic
The Clinic may refuse an application in any of the following cases:
If another person's identity has been used.
If false information or forged documents have been submitted.
If the application is made for purposes contrary to public order or good morals.
Article 2 (Use of Services)
The services shall generally be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless prevented by operational or technical issues.
The above service hours may be suspended during scheduled maintenance or at times designated by the Clinic.
Even after membership registration, certain services may be restricted based on the user's age.
Chapter 3 – Responsibilities
Article 1 (Obligations of the Clinic)
Unless there are unavoidable circumstances, the Clinic shall make the services available from the agreed service commencement date.
The Clinic shall continuously provide stable services in accordance with these Terms.
The Clinic shall not disclose or distribute a user's personal information to any third party without the user's consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable laws or requested by competent government authorities.
If the Clinic determines that a user's opinion or complaint is justified, it shall promptly resolve the matter. If immediate resolution is not possible, the Clinic shall inform the user of the reason and the expected processing schedule.
Article 2 (Obligations of Users)
Users are solely responsible for managing their ID and password.
If a user's ID is used without authorization, the user must immediately notify the Clinic.
Users shall comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Chapter 4 – Termination of Agreement and Restrictions on Service Use
Article 1 (Termination and Service Restrictions)

Users wishing to terminate their membership agreement must personally submit a withdrawal request through the online account management or membership cancellation menu.

The Clinic may terminate the service agreement or suspend the user's access without prior notice if the user:

Violates public order or good morals.
Engages in criminal activities.
Plans or uses the service for purposes that harm national interests or the public interest.
Uses another person's ID or password without authorization.
Defames or causes disadvantage to another person.
Registers multiple accounts under the same individual.
Interferes with or disrupts the proper operation of the service.
Violates applicable laws or the conditions established by the Clinic.
Article 2 (Procedure for Lifting Service Restrictions)
When restricting a user's access under the above provisions, the Clinic shall notify the user or the user's representative of the reason, date, and duration of the restriction by written notice, telephone, or other appropriate means. However, prior notice may be omitted in urgent situations.
A user who receives notice of suspension may file an objection.
The Clinic may temporarily postpone the suspension while reviewing the objection and shall notify the user of the outcome.
If the reason for suspension is resolved during the suspension period, the Clinic shall immediately restore access.
Article 3 (User-Generated Content)

The Clinic may remove, without prior notice, any content posted or registered by users if it is determined that such content:

Defames or slanders another user or third party.
Violates public order or good morals.
Is related to criminal activities.
Infringes the copyrights or other legal rights of a third party.
Violates applicable laws or the policies established by the Clinic.
Chapter 5 – Changes to the Agreement
Article 1 (Modification of Agreement)

Users who wish to modify their account information or terminate the service agreement shall do so through the website, browser interface, or by contacting the Clinic.

Chapter 6 – Provision of Information
Article 1 (Provision of Information)
The Clinic may provide users with information it considers necessary during the use of the services through email, postal mail, or other appropriate means.
Supplementary Provision

Effective Date

These Terms shall take effect on March 13, 2024.

Membership Policy

Membership registration must be completed using the applicant's own identity. If false or fraudulent registration is discovered, the membership may be terminated immediately, and the individual responsible shall bear all legal liability for any resulting damages.
